The Welsh Mountain Zoo, is a zoological garden located near the town of Colwyn Bay, North Wales. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a great day out for the whole family. The zoo includes Tigers, Penguins, Sea Lions, Lemurs and many more. They have a lemur walk-through enclosure which is amazing, this enclosure is the first of its kind in North Wales and provides lots of great close up photo opportunities with these friendly creatures.

For those who don’t wish to travel far, Plas Farm Caravan Park is within easy reach of an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and bowling green.  There are plenty of local walks with spectacular views of the North Wales hills and coast. Adults and children can enjoy miles of coastal cycle paths.

Silver Birch Golf & Footgolf Club is a Beautiful 18 hole course located just of the North Wales A55 expressway. Silver Birch golf course is in a stunning location with beautiful scenery surrounding the whole course. Not only does Silver Birch offer a beautiful 18 hole golf course but they also offer Footgolf which is available from 1pm Daily.
